Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock. If you have any problems,please contact our customer service by service@streetsangles.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

Fast Refund:

If you need to return the items please contact us to get the return address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return items and to make sure it is still the original one without being washed or worn.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

-Purchase (except swimwear, lingerie, and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date.

-Please note that evening and wedding dresses are order-made products, you can return them only if there is an obvious quality problem within 7 days. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.

-Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on the package. Or it will take a long time to issue a refund.

If the product has quality problems like damages, streets angles will issue a full refund or ship a new one to the buyer. If the problem is caused by the buyer, such as picking the wrong size or color, the buyer needs to pay for the return or exchange shipping fees.

Notice

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensuring that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

3.We do not accept any request for an exchange return once the "specials" are sold.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

1.Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

2.Swimwear and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange.

3.Swimwear and lingerie can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.

4.You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us by email. if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied . We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
